Stage 1: Business Assessment

In order to create  a new business or create a new direction in your business and goals, it is imperative to first obtain a clear understanding of your current position. It is at this stage that you would have your first full consultancy meeting. By going through the process of a carefully focused interview stage, and then analyzing the responses through a structured success focused framework, we can begin to develop a clearer picture of the processes and tools required to achieve viable results.

Stage 2: Document of Recommendations

After reviewing additional gathered information about your current business and having gained clarity on your goals, an initial assessment can be developed. At this stage we would create a document of recommendations specifically designed to help to ensure a convergence between your resources, your goals, and practically achievable results. We will have a consultancy meeting where we will work through the recommendations document and discuss any additional ideas that may come up.

Stage 3:  Operational Strategic Document

Approximately two weeks after the “Document Recommendations” process, you will receive your “Operational Strategic Document”. This document will delve into detail a list of concrete steps and processes you can follow to most efficiently enable you to achieve your stated goals when implemented. We will go through the document step by step together during the final consultancy stage and leave you with powerful tools customized to your particular needs and aspirations.
